What is Tennis Elbow?

Tennis elbow, also known as lateral epicondylitis, is a condition that occurs when the tendons in the out side of the elbow are overloaded, usually as a result of repetitive motions. Despite its name, tennis elbow is not exclusive to tennis players and can affect anyone who performs repetitive gripping or twisting motions.

What is Golfer’s Elbow?

Golfer’s elbow, also known as medial epicondylitis, is a condition that occurs when the tendons in the inner side of the elbow become inflamed or damaged. Like tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow is not exclusive to golfers and can affect anyone who performs repetitive wrist flexion or gripping motions.
